I think red October now fully tied to steel ... But a better guess than “and a child”
But the Red October steel facility in Russia that is referred to had some odd goings on. Large contingent of women ‘crane operators’. pictures on walls of “good” and “bad” employees. Facility was very substandard and unclean whereas the recreation facility was top notch and very clean. I think there may be a couple things going on there. Perhaps Snowden kept at the facility at one point while in Russia. Possible trafficking issues there as well.
Q has mentioned a few times that there are double meanings some times.
