Look at 760,728,729 and Feb 10 pictures and Drops regarding Asian Operation. 706 and all of these posts (except for pix) reference Snowden in some way.
I agree with you I think Q is speaking of the Shanghai “take down.”
One of the new drops has a picture of Kobe Steel head in Japan who has lost face big time because they were caught cheating (presumably the numbers which would say that their steel is up to par.) There is also a reference in #861 to Victor Pinchuk steel magnate - tied to Clintons:
