Webb still referring to the Marine helicopters that seemed to form an attack formation. He also notes that Cameron Ross Burgess is a ghost and refers to him as a Clockwork Orange; however there is a Cameron Ross Burgess that died as baby and could be a false ID and there is another similar (26) age that comes from Australia (I believe he said?) and is affiliated with GS ... and then wonders if Cameron Burgess is related to
Ron Burgess who was the guy who gave over the Trump transition papers to Mueller.

You get it. It’s not a ‘Q’ thing, although the real Q or Qs may understand it. The phrase is not on any Q drop that I’ve ever heard of. It’s a G Webb thing that he’s pulled from other things.
By way of explanation to those that don’t understand, the expression means:
Orange = a mix of Yellow (fear) and Red (Blood).
Clockwork = scheduled, arranged according to a certain sequence, calendar, timeline, program, procedure.
