Yes, no standing army to support, congress met for only a few months in the winter after the harvest and before spring planting, congressional expenses were merely per diem payments. LIMITED government!

So why can’t they telecommute? Why do they have to be there in person? They should be in their office from 9 until 5 everyday if WE need to speak with them. You know, We the People! If the absolutely have to go to Washington they should fly coach. Someone might have some questions, it would be a town meeting in the sky.

This brings to mind the wonderful post that someone from time to time will post since I first joined FR. It is about David Crockett and Farmer Bunce.

NOT YOURS TO GIVE

I’m sure everyone here has seen it, but never hurts for it to be repeated and studied.

I liked what the guy was talking about in my video, He explained the issue very concisely.
https://censored.today/2018/02/15/interview-allen-j-cannon-on-u-s-constitution-and-landmark-lawsuit-involving-congress/ He was asking why are we sending these House members to Washington to be corrupted...

SO, why cant the whole House be virtual and like one giant video chat. Has anybody watched any of Corsi’s decode sessions?? I have done some good virtual meetings with different software out there. I am sure they could secure it so just them voting etc. Then everybody else could watch and follow along that feed on a public side too. Make these guys live in their districts and stay connected to the people the represent instead of continually exposed to corrupting forces.

Fix it so the Senators actually are the 2 voices each state has in Congress too. Each state should have 2 voices plus one house rep (Peoples voice) for every 50K citizens. The Federal governments voice in Congress is the oval office and VP presiding. Go back to the system of checks and balances and assert your power to stop the others from over reaching theirs. Lets GET back to the Government our founders left us or lose the Republic.

As I pointed out in first post I did on this subject, I work from my house, I download pdf markups, do corrections, run a pdf and send it back. I can do my job from ANYWHERE there is an internet connection that I can get comments and send it back after, don’t even need it while working. I went to Oregon for a month last year and worked from there, nobody missed me... I just did a $40 million charter school and helped with a $140 million high school and the Architect still thinks we are in the same office building we were in 10 or 15 years ago when we started working with them, because all their meetings are virtual now. If they knew otherwise, that he had no full time staff, it would probably be over, unless he could say hey we have been doing it like this for 3 years since you started giving us work again. Who knows, maybe they already know or would be alright now, but I know that is the reason, I went into the office in the first place back in 2000 He had to staff up to get theirs and others business.
