Or more whack-a-doodles that are under DS control, regardless of the controlled purpose or function.
That might be what you meant in the first place, with "like" meaning just controllable, not programmed for only public suicide.
Considering the wholesale snooping going on, no doubt DS has an army of known whack-a-doodles at its beck and call. It doesn't have to create them from scratch, just identify, encourage and purpose them.
