I just came to post! I couldn’t sleep, and here you already posted. Do you think you should also post in another category? I was just was reading along and when I saw he was an expert on presidential pardons, I said I have to stay awake long enough to post!
The daily mail of u.k.says : Ruckman is a professor at Rock Valley College and an instructor at Northern Illinois University.
He is also an expert on presidential pardons and author of two books: ‘Pardon Me, Mr. President: Adventures in Crime, Politics and Mercy’ and ‘The Pardon Power in the 21st Century.
The articles goes on to say he’s on many major networks, and writes nationally, naming many outlets and outfits. A very well known man it seems.
I did a search on Ruckman and Bill Clinton pardons. Skimmed through a PDF from Ruckman, in which he seemed to be defending Bill Clinton’s last minute pardons. Didn’t seem to be much there to lead to arkancide.
But, then, I did another search that led me to an article on Rasmussen Reports:
From that, I am sensing a tie-in to those last-minute pardons by Obama for drug dealers in prison. Maybe Ruckman had inside info on what really happened....
