I don’t know if it’s the only issue, but the attack on the Q board has rendered it relatively unusable for now. It was restored for several hours this morning but the attacks resumed. Current Q community opinion seems to be that the board will need to be stabilized before Q will resume posting there.
There are other opinions - some feel that there is a pause to permit the public to address the elephant in the room (Broward County - why weren’t our children protected etc.)
Some have said this is a stage in the planning where there would be a change from (military) preparation to implementation.

Something that I believe is critical to draining the swamp is the release of the IG Horowitz report. I mentioned this in a post about a week ago and I haven’t changed my mind, I only wish that more Q information was available to provide confirmation of other small points happening. I will begin by posting anew a four phase chess strategy with the unverified advancements.
Phase one has key placements for defensive while not forgetting the offensive strategy. - Done
Phase two is all about prying and looking for weakness in your opponent, once you see you have properly defended yourself. - Done
Phase three can continue to intentional misdirect your opponent to soften their defenses. - Just Finishing?
Phase four is the end game where you unleash your final attack and your enemy doesn’t know what hit them until it’s to late. - Draining the Swamp soon?
I believe that the Trump administration has begun phase three in earnest. I can’t confirm it just as I can’t confirm that knowing what’s in the IG’s report or its part in the overall strategy.
It is interesting to see how the use of misdirection, IE. the latest spat between the President and Sec. Sessions, can be used to bring a re-activated Inspector General back into the picture. He knows where all the skeletons are and can be the bloodhound for phase four.
One other new development, if proven true, is another blow to the enemies defenses. That is the news that the Clowns have just been demoted and will no longer be able to operate independent of the Federal Gov’t.
Now when the end game begins, by the release of the long awaited IG Report, all the pieces are in place for complete and total victory.
I had hoped to get some sense of confirmation from the Q posts but with silence comes the sense that now is not the time to talk, now is the time to do. The storm may indeed be upon us and the swamp may soon be drained.
Heck, who knows, the strategy may not include having to release the report first, before the storm begins and the swamp gets drained. After-all the enemy already knows what is possibly in the IG’s report, so it may be a good idea to attack while the coals are hot.

FWIW, a parallel intel source, “Zach,” who has over the past several months actually confirmed from his own sources the developments of intel released by Q’s team. He stated on show of Feb 27 that in fact the “military tribunals are on.”
