So many of these shooters have claimed they heard voices in their head. That indicates some kind of programing imo. How many? How? Via cell phones?

As I understand it, there are various ways. Some could even be by public propaganda. And, there is technology to trigger "the voice of God" in one's head--saying whatever the user inputs into the technology to 'speak' into the brain of the victim.

It's not too far fetched to imagine how such a technology could wind someone up & set them off--who is already wound up given their normal biases and neurotic or psychotic or OCD or control freak or anarchic predilections.

Qx came across one factoid several years ago that indicated that 80% of the population were vulnerable to such manipulations. It wasn't clear at the time what the parameters of the tech involved were or what the parameters of the victims were. Evidently, some individuals' genetics prevent them from being so easily manipulated thereby.

Qx also wondered if our devotion to and focus on Christ and walking in His Spirit might or probably well would be protective therefrom.
