newsweek states the contents of the fox article,(number of emails and attachments etc..) which I can’t seem to find.

yep - the wayback copy is the one that is now rendering a 404 on the FNC web site: NOT FOUND

People got spooked - aside from that, there is one possibility that such things would also fit being that having been taken to the hospital and then reported dead an hour after that, SR might have been taken into witness protection. However I believe he was murdered as have been all the others (except Assange) who were involved in the transfer of DNC e-mails to Wikileaks.
