At least they told me it was Live feed.

I don’t recall any anomalies between the pool feeds and what we later saw on *the news*. Usually, it is the differences I recall....those ‘does not compute’ moments.
They only take a few seconds out of the long live feeds for the actual news *show*. And the editing booths were a hoot....forward and back, again and again until everything was perfect.
I doubt they had the stomach to keep the lies going at that point. The matter-of-factness I recall in those guys building the barricades was real. They were setting up for the long haul and seemed to know exactly what they were about. I also remember reading the military was sympathetic to the people.
I watched the first Iraq war live. Later I watched the evening news. Often the headlines gave a totally different impression from what I saw on live feed. Sometimes the story itself was less than truthful too.
