A couple questions how do you have jars of tuna and salmon? Im assuming you can them, but how did you get the meat? I have cans of the stuff but Im thinking I might be missing something here....
And how come you dont like mylar? Just curious. I like it, as long as I have something structural to store it in.

My parents drove their RV to Alaska
so my dad could fish for salmon.
They had a freezer installed in the RV and my mom would can some of the salmon too.
Flew up for a week once and then another time
me and hubby drove up with them. Great times.
Any meat that is frozen or fresh can be canned in a pressure cooker. My mother in law canned fish all the time.
