lol!

A couple questions – how do you have jars of tuna and salmon? I’m assuming you can them, but how did you get the meat? I have cans of the stuff but I’m thinking I might be missing something here....

And how come you don’t like mylar? Just curious. I like it, as long as I have something structural to store it in.

Regarding jars of canned salmon....

ahhhh

My parents drove their RV to Alaska
so my dad could fish for salmon.

They had a freezer installed in the RV and my mom would can some of the salmon too.

Flew up for a week once and then another time
me and hubby drove up with them. Great times.

Any meat that is frozen or fresh can be canned in a pressure cooker. My mother in law canned fish all the time.
