If you’re a wine connoisseur, the type of yeast might make a difference. But it’s a slight difference, not enough for most people to notice.
The kind I use comes in a jar marked “Active Dry Yeast”. It’s the same kind I use for baking.

If you have wild mustang grapes in your area, do a search for mustang grape wine recipes. Be careful though because some have reactions somewhat like a poison ivy when picking. Perhaps wear latex gloves and long sleeves. Guessing there’s any variety of wild grapes to be found free for the picking.
