I found a Drop site that includes the disappeared Q drop, although it has an out of sequence drop number. This site does not carry all of the drops the other has, but it does have to drop #814 that referred to the speech as being for the followers of Q. It also has not updated since Drop #822, so that may explain why it has not been replaced. It uses Drop #811 for the replaced #814:

Perhaps there is some validity to the Medhat El-Amir indictment and Obama's money tour. . . but I know that money involved and the BotA account were seized back in 2014 by the government. They would not have allowed it to remain there.

It’s thus more than interesting he decided to change his plea in Spring 2016 and then dies right after Trump took office in 2017. My inkling was that this was another of these cases where folks in DoJ and federal prosecutors were stymied by O admin + rogue actors - or vice versa - it was previously a coverup with potential for light (LIGHT) to expose ... TBD ;)
