I did a search for ‘BRIDGE communications+security.

I am a technologically illiterate end user, but this seemed apropos.
As to what it means, I have no idea.
I was thinking the bridge comment may refer to this. it is the same bridge that was in the recent q post #781 of a surveillance camera in London from near the attack site.

In my mind, b0th of your solutions are plausible. I think we have also been told that drops can have more than one meaning, isn’t that true?
