That is all MOOT. Once he has an Attorney he can’t be questioned without the Attorneys consent. Doesn’t matter where he is or who has jurisdiction. Any lawyer would know to issue a letter to the court and prosecution acknowledging the representation of Client and the Miranda Issues therein. The latest the questioning could possibly happen is just before the arraignment.
