An undeniable fact about immigration........ if you have 10,000 citizens of one culture and you move in 20,000 citizens of another culture will there by assimilation or does the 2/3’rds majority maintain their own culture?
I think the answer is obvious. Ethnic enclaves are a natural phenomenon for all humans when numbers are sufficient. We gravitate towards our own consciously or subconsciously. This is the problem with the European immigration model and to a lesser extent with our own here in the U.S. We believe in and celebrate our own culture and society so we expect others who have no roots or belief in it, nor do they even speak the language, to somehow magically become part of it immediately.. It does not work like that - especially in democracies where the popular vote carries the day. The beauty of the American “melting pot” idea was that out of many we became one. People deliberately came here at great risk to be Americans. This is not the same now. 20,000 > 10,000 does not promote that idea and the naive among us are shocked it is not working.
Of course the Muslims are being used, along with the good people of Italy and the other countries. An amateur “prophet” on YouTube has supposedly had a vision and has said it will happen just as you say.
Solution so simple the left could not see it if they were slapped across the face with it.
Stop importing Muslims, and cut off the welfare money. The problem will resolve itself.
30,000 residents. legal or otherwise, is “abandoned”?
That's a lot closer than you think.
