Not much is out there on her that my very cursory search turned up.
I can see why you think that Melissa McNerney favors Melisa McNeill. However, to my eye (did not measure) the McNeill face in the video link you posted is quite a bit thinner in the jaw than the McNerney jaw. I can certainly be wrong.
In any case, a lot of times professionals do not put a lot of info about themselves - or pictures - on these search-for-a-professional web sites.
I was intrigued however that the school list did not seem to list the relevant student name in the 2001 bunch. Wonder if she had a different name in school. Perhaps we need to go to the school web site and see if that info might be posted. Or perhaps more state records. I did not look carefully but do not recall seeing a “Melisa Alice _____ “ on that list. You might try looking again. Also, I did not do so, but perhaps trying the year before and the year after might be appropriate (2000 and 2002) to search.
Issue is interesting, and something to keep our eyes on.
