...isn’t one of those cities a city that the local government decided to try the “garunteed incomes”?
I knew Richmond would make the list. Somethings never change.
From Twitter: "This is how technologically advance our culture be if you whites hadn't come along!"
I was on an Amtrak train going through Richmond CA and the track was lined with black youts throwing rocks at the train. even little toddlers who couldn’t throw a rock three feet were out there. There is no hope for them.
I grew up in one of the cities listed.
It was not a “ghetto” then (1950s).
The Consulate of Mexico sits smack dab in the Middle (west to east) of the worst areas in San Bernardino, and that area is filled with illegals. We need the military to go in and empty it, turning everyone without papers over to ICE.
I have an aunt who was born and raised in Compton. A few years after she moved to San Bernardino County, a man involved in the petroleum industry named George H. W. Bush moved with his wife and son George Walker to a home on Santa Fe Ave. and Myrrh St., about three blocks from where my aunt had lived. Bush’s wife Barbara later described Compton as a “lovely” town.
Where’s San Jose? They deserve an honorable (or is it dishonorable?) mention at least.
“How do you decide if a place is ghetto or not?”
As soon as I see it and get an uncontrollable urge to split.
On a cold and grey California morn
Another crazy lunatic Liberal is born
In the Ghetto
And our Freedom dies
