There are some who say that Mueller is a good guy, or that Mueller was a bad guy and has been turned, or something similar. Personally, I’m still agnostic on the topic.
Consider this: Mueller has “opened the door” as you say. This is great news. If he were openly conservative, the libs would howl about the results of his investigation. But since he is perceived as a liberal, and the results are not in-your-face obvious (the open door), it slides under the radar. This is a big win.
I’m still agnostic on whether Mueller is good or bad, conservative or liberal. Either he is playing his role perfectly, or he is an unwitting pawn in the Trump plan. Works for me!
