I did find an semi aerial thumb photo on goo gle images which does appear to have the correct roof. I’m trying to locate a larger photo.
In your photo, the spot Q was at is to the right of the building section where the “Broward Health” sign is. There is a slanted roof with protruding slats there which would match Q’s photo. It almost looks like a courtyard on the second floor. A tiny part of the roof is visible, the rest is hidden behind the palm trees in your photo.
I really think that’s it.
You are correct. I had it backwards, over to the left of the Hospital sign, under the BIG majesty palm but Q’s room is where you say.
