I am not sure, but I am pretty positive that someone from Treasury could arrange it.
When I was flying in the military, I would sometimes fly with pallets of cash. Disaster relief missions, but others as well. It can be done. Even on somewhat routine missions, we would have a finance officer who could possess six figures in cash (in those countries that would not take our fuel credit card, or had us pay "landing fees", etc).
Some folks seem to think it's far too dark. Certainly the beginning is darker than the ending. The ending has a larger percentage of hopeful, light themed 'haiku.'
The author told me they wanted folks to realize the darkness described this era ... but that Light was also available--and would win, in the end.

Well Alpenhorns apparently date back to pagan times among Gauls.
They have bought the lie that mankind is nothing more significant than a rat, a pigeon, a radish or a rock vs made in God's image by Almighty Creator God Yehovah.
People fail to realize that beliefs and values have consequences--that play out in actions--that end up being life or death consequences--for both sides.
Various bits and pieces of real Swiss mountain traditions were mixed in with a lot of freaky weird crap.

In order to turn towards the Light, a soul has to realize “I’m in the darkness, and it’s frightening and dangerous”, and then realize there is a solution, and try to find that Solution. Description of the darkness is needed, to pretend all is well is like dying of cancer while refusing to get tested or take any measures against it while going “tra la la”. One must face the darkness, and know that ultimately, darkness is merely absence of Light. Turn to the Light, and the darkness is gone (in ones’ life). Gradual process, of course.
I watched a couple of videos of that ceremony; and I do not like watching any videos, but I did for these.
Watching them made me want to puke, literally. And the music wasn’t any better. Horror show.
