How did this kid get the weapon? Lets start right there.I heard that he went to a store and bought it and passed a background check. Apparently the school officials who expelled him for being a threat to the student body failed to mention this to anyone.

How did this kid get the weapon? Lets start right there.Minimum age for long guns in FL is 18. He was 19, he passed a background check. No legal actions had been taken against him by anyone or any agency, and there was nothing to prevent the purchase.
