Prior to the shooting, what crime had this boy committed for the FBI to investigate? How about communicating terroristic threats over the internet? The evidence is there for all to see. Relieve the perp of his firearms at least.

I have seem commenters in this forum say things like “If event X happens, then it is going to be Civil War Two.” Should we be reporting those kinds of threats to the FBI?
