They are very similar, maybe because Lactobacillus is involved in creating both of them. And as far as probiotic content of each is concerned kefir is the superior.

Thanks very much for the info. We all need to boost the good critters in our guts. From what I’ve read, a lot of our immune system is ‘down there’.
