Thanks for the brief explanation. I was struggling with the mind control (for lack of a better phrase) issue. But it would potentially explain how a few people are able to perform acts like this.
What is common to this as well as Vegas? FBI?
It’s sad, too. People prone to certain mental illnesses struggle for self-acceptance and “fitting in” so they go to a evil “therapist” who programs them to harm others. Even they don’t know why they did it, the world hates them (if they are not killed at the scene of crime), they go to prison, and people say, “I always knew there was something wrong with him.” Yet another layer of victimization.
The JTTF-FBI joint terrorism task force - likely has a hand. They have fusion centers in every state, and many local police forces. Hence the octopus's tentacles are growing everywhere. Division 5 - FBI maybe too.
They compartmentalize these organizations into various groups, so the rest of the “clean” guys or white hats don't necessarily know what the black hats are doing. That's about as much as I have been able to discern. These nut job killers popping up are just too coincidental in my opinion. Modern day Gestapo/Stasi/KGB.
I have not yet sorted out the Las Vegas. Paddock, I believe was involved with Pakistan Intelligence, and gun runner/smuggler drugs & trafficking for CIA & Pakis is likely.
May have been part of or supplying guns for attempted assassination of Crown Prince MBS. There is a theory that he himself was a victim of the real killers.

Just thinking back through the years, I would have to say that there seems to be a segment of the FBI that seems to be set up to cover up such stuff as well as protect certain people like HRC.
Recall the various incidents of prior years - JFK & Brother Bobby, and the HRC emails for example.
