Three things are certain:

1: Aircraft did not blow up on takeoff. It was in flight for approximately 7 minutes, had flown 40 km and had achieved an altitude of more than 6000 feet. The incident was not part of the takeoff sequence.

2: Modern crash investigation techniques will establish what caused the disaster.

3: Anyone, especially Q, who says they now know what happened is BSing.

The incident was not part of the takeoff


That could only be true if the pilot planned to stay at 6000ft for the entire flight.

Perhaps better phrased: the engine was compromised at takeoff.

Yes. Those modern investigation techniques did such a great job with TWA flight 800 and Malaysia Airlines flight 370, I'm sure they will with this one too.
