Q has said that it isn't a Dem versus Lib conflict; there are traitors and evil people on both sides of the aisle. They pursue their goals via a number of means and sickness/vaccines are but one way to harvest the money we make (drug sales to "control" but not cure) and withhold effective cures (reduce population).
Explanation:
From my vantage point, I believe it is the New World Order and not limited to liberals. As such, I believe the privileged to receive the best treatments. Their reasons for preventing us from having them are long term plans to reduce non-elite populations dramatically and harvest money from us in the meantime.
I have always heard about and ignored assertions the New World Order (a.k.a. Illuminati, cabal etc.) has extensive plans and goals to reduce our (non NWO members) population significantly. It sounded like cartoon character reasoning - I just can't see NWO individuals walking around humming to themselves a little tune that goes something like, "Kill them! Kill them ALL!!!!! AHAHAHAHAH!!!"
But Q drops often mention we are nothing to "them," that we are just "feeders" etc. So I took another look.
Q has said (and I believe) "These people are stupid" when referring to swamp/NWO creatures. But he's also said they have unbelievable amounts of money and power.
So, let's say the NWO elites used their money to hire people who are very smart to think for them. The cabal would want to know why prior efforts at one world government by others in the past had failed (e.g., Napoleon, Rome, Hitler).
Careful study would have rendered a number of vulnerabilities that the NWO members would consider and factor into their plans in order to avoid having their own efforts collapse. An obvious problem would be that those who would rule the world are heavily outnumbered by those whom do not want to be ruled. A central world government made of elites can only hope to control a limited number of people to the extent that they do not risk overthrow or dilution of their power.
Furthermore, we are mere objects to those whose families have spent generations plotting against us. Q reminds us repeatedly we are "feeders" or "sheep" to them, because we are not trained to view other humans as "nothing" and that makes it hard for us to understand New World Order thinking. So, like any organization, the NWO would have done a "needs assessment" to determine how many people they would need to perform labor/entertainment/rituals etc. The end result is they only need some of us and the rest of us constitute a threat to their survival. Hence, their plans for radical reductions in population (ours) which they have developed over generations.

Given their religion (Satanism) and their plans for world dominion, they have had generations to reduce our value in their plans to very little indeed. We are just vermin to them when it gets down to it. Livestock, slaves etc. It all sounds impossibly dramatic and hyperbolic but over time, the constant steady drip of reports of child trafficking, sex slavery, fraud, treason etc. paints a picture of those who view themselves as gods and how they view us (feeders).
That's my 2 cents. It' just that it takes me forever to get my 2 cents into pixels! :)
