You would not tip a server on take out any more than you would tip the guy behind the counter.
Someone else made that order up, you just handed them the bags.

I was at a drive through at a FF place and ordered something that totaled $1.96, I handed the cashier 2 dollars and she asked me if I wanted the 4 cents back!
