When AliceAnn Meyer's son, Jameson, now 6, was born with a rare genetic disorder that prevented his head and face from developing correctly, the San Antonio, Texas, mom started a blog to keep family and friends informed of his condition.
When she learned that a photo from her blog, Jameson'sJourney, had been turned into a cruel Internet meme, Meyer began fighting back, reporting every version of the photo she could find, and writing a touching blogpost about her experience.

What a sweet little boy. May God bless him, and may he find friends to help protect him from bullies.

Amen.
The anonymity of the internet has turned some people into little more than animals———and this case proves it.
.
Sweet little guy. We’d be good buds.
Far too many people post pictures of their children in public places.
“The anonymity of the internet has turned some people into little more than animals”
I wouldn’t go insulting animals like that.
If I had a nickel for every time I was told to kill myself by internet tough guys when arguing politics, I’d have a ton of nickels. It’s not just the liberal side of the equation either (though they’re mostly what I’ve seen).
I’d bet good money that these internet tough guys are angry douchebags that see sunlight once or twice a year when they get bored with Xbox One in their parent’s basement. Either that or satan spawn. Maybe both. I don’t mind dark humor, but there is nothing you can meme about when it comes to innocent children ... that’s flat out sickening.
Amen to that!
Who in the Christ could be so callous as to make fun of that boy?
Argh.
The anonymity of the internet doesn’t turn people into anything, it reveals who they really are.

About a zillion kids now and in my generation and in older generations, if the internet existed then
Some kids can and always have been cruel.
Yeah but I apologized :) JK
Yeah. You said it best.
Kids are and always have been cruel. They just don’t know any better, and have to learn. Sometimes the hard way.
You rascal—————but there are some VERY nasty people around here.
They can’t all be gentlemanly Italian Romeos like you.:-)
.
...blushing
Thanks! :)
You’re not kidding.
The lines we throw at women would make a diabetic go into a coma.
No shame :)
And how did any one get these pictures? Stupid woman posted them to Facebook and hence put them out there for any jerk to use
One reason I started here ages ago is that this place was ALWAYS respectful - aggressive in argument but respectful. Times, they are a-changing...
