I would not get into a twist about transposing the words "IN" and "AND", especially in this context.

OK, whatever. I don't dispute what you say about your general. I'm just making note of something that might or might not be helpful someday should this Q person(s) ever be in a position to reveal his/their identity.
The last thing I'd ever want to do here in cyberspace would be to bust somebody's chops, publicly, for no good reason, and then offer a lame conditional apology for it.

Thank you for the insight, SkyPilot. I had that thought, that perhaps there is an appropriate uncommon usage as we are seeing in this case, but had no experience to back it up.
