Oddly, my relatives in southern China knew what building that took place in, and have never been to Shanghai. They either could not or would not tell me more.

According to the Anons of 8 or 4 chan, it was an arrest, but Q would not identify who. The point was made that arrest and stuff are happening, even though it’s not broadcast.
