PEOC is the Presidential Emergency Operations Center, a bunker under the White House, *according to a post on FR within a Q thread*.

A *different* pot (might have been the same thread, maybe not, *alluded to* rumors of a bomb in the PEOC.

In other words, a putative ass_______ion attempt.
