I believe Q is describing the big game in big terms. Not so much the details. He wants us to understand the overall strategy.

The Red October that he keeps referencing symbolized OUR (white hats/good guys/Trump/Q's) attempts to let the Russian sub commander (Sean Connery) know we will take them in from out of the cold and protect them while not giving away the game to the enemy. And then we will get them to cooperate in taking down the rest of the cesspool like we did with Alaweed. He already got "Red Octobered"
Sean Connery is more than one person. It is all of them. From Snowden to Russians to Americans to Alawee to ERRYBODY.
Also remember. They are stupid.
I was referring (in the comment you are replying to) just about the military parade maybe being proposed to quell the local US (and imported jihadi) bad guys... are we cross purposing? :-)

Does the “Red October” reference have to do with “pings”....IIRC, the Russian Commander uses ‘pings’ to quasi-covertly acknowledge certain things.
