Sounds like Q is saying they are no longer looking for the hackers, thus the dropping of ‘The Hunt For’. Did they find responsible parties? Would Assange’s encription key that he dropped in January have been access to who was responsible for Red October and/or Info Red October gathered? Assange dropped the key, but no file was ever released. In the past, key gets dropped, then file gets posted.
