Apparently that site is used for transmission of data to ops or is a test like Snowden was given to see who’s up to the tests. According to folks online if you enter info ala “0000” into the app it will take you to these redacted docs re historical agency ops.
I heard Corsi talking about that but haven’t found where to input the “0000” in the app.
