Why is Bill Richardson in NORK....w/Schmidt???

That is the question! At the time it was low key but puzzling, I thought it was like O's "outreach" to Iran.

It now appears that Obama may have used this to set up a covert intelligence communications network supporting his master database that Maxine Waters was alluding to. Podesta e-mails included one referring to HRC then later meeting with Schmidt, too, and, again, at the time, presumably with regards to the election database + voter targeting stuff they were doing. Remember, Obama had a separate e-mail, too, his own server(s), as well, presumably. But these other possibilities would be in support of something more sinister and something that good guys on Team USA would have to overcome and they may have subsequently set up another new network over the past year.
