I think that for the most part, those that are likely to riot are already inclined to riot for some reason or another. The reaction to the riot is the key, I think.
IMHO, his followers are of various types, and the main rioters who present any danger would be jihadi types (plenty in the US), BLM types and Antifa types; oh, and regular gang members/lowlifes, especially black and MX types.
They all need funding in order to properly riot, other than just thug lowlifes who do it as a fun thing sometimes. But they in particular, and all of them in general, need “activists” organizing them, planning, and so on. Even the riots on Ferguson and St. Louis all had outside organizers, and in fact many or most of the arrests were outsiders.
So, without funding and leaders behind the scenes organizing, no appreciable riots will happen, or any that happen spontaneously, will fizzle rapidly.
The DNC has thugs at the ready for such things but they may be somewhat toothless at this point as the DNC is practically broke.
None of these types will step up and organize, lead, plan or bash heads without $$ behind it.
It’s all running together in my mind, and I can’t find at this moment the exact Q Post number, but yesterday I was reading in the early posts, and Q and the Anons make much of the fact that the POTUS can call up the National Guard in certain instances. One of those instances has to do with riot. If they riot, he can justifiably invoke martial law. One of the speculations was that the ANTIFA was drumming up a big riot for Nov 4, but didn’t end up doing much since they might have known that they would trigger martial law upon their own heads.
