Joe DiGenova: We Are Going to See Several Criminal Charges Against a Number of DOJ-FBI Officials

Former US Attorney for the District of Columbia told Sean Hannity on Wednesday night that we are going to see several criminal charges against a number of top DOJ-FBI officials.

Former US Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova says several senior DOJ and FBI officials will face criminal charges.

Joe diGenova: We are heading toward a very sad ending for the FBI and senior DOJ officials. McCabe is gone because Wray knows what’s in the other emails and other texts… The investigation that is underway is going to lead to criminal charges against a number of people. What you are seeing coming out now in the text messages is just the minimum of what is available now to DOJ officials… I believe that several high FBI officials will be charged criminally.

This is the largest law enforcement scandal in history for this reason. The activity for McCabe and others, and Bruce Ohr and others, were designed to subvert the Constitution and a national election – the most serious offense under our Constitution.

Last night I turned on Fox and watched for many hours.

I'm not a huge fan of Hannity because he gets so repetetive, but it's refreshing to see your earnest post.

Far more common are the ones that run, "I NEVER watch Fox News and it still sucks."

I think this scandal is reaching the point where it can’t result in these people walking.
This kind of naked treason is very dangerous for those attempting this coup.....sometimes the safest place to be is in prison.

I was actually pleasantly surprised. I think in big part, not having to listen to Colmes, Juan Williams, Shep, Williams or Bill O’Reilly.

Bill was amazingly arrogant. That killed him, because I think if he’d been a bit more reserved and less egoist, he’d have resurrected his career. He made enemies on the left and right and eventually he was the only one in the middle, then the hatchet men came for him and ...

Been a long time since I watched ANY tv. Might be,,,, 8 yrs?? I’ve watched a wee bit of netflix, but their homo agenda gets worse daily.

I felt like there were much less commercials last night watching fox than before. One reason why I gave up on TV and Radio was the 20 minutes worth of commercial or nonsense per hour, if not more.

The founders tried to prevent all of this by excluding the children of foreign nationals with the natural born citizen clause.

By definition those born with multiple nationalities are NOT NATURALLY Americans.

We left the Constitution behind on Usurpation Day.

What is going on now is the struggle to restore it and the rule of law.

Yet we still have people even here on FR arguing that children born to one American parent in a foreign country are eligible to be President.
Anwar Al-Awlaki’s kids born in Yemen are just as eligible to be President as Ted Cruz.

Not sure I agree in toto! I believe if the good guys bust a few scumbags now, the others will squirm even more. Doing nothing promotes “NOTHING”. Charge Huma and Rice. You will have Hillary on the U1 & CF fraud. You will have Obama on the U1 and FISA spying.

Charge Comey and McCabe. You will have Meuller, Strzok, Page, Ohrs, Yates, etc... These will all lead to others. Like Dominos. You have to make the first move.

There won’t need to be criminal charges. See, all that has to be done is to expose the corruption. Then, the media feeding-frenzy will ........... no? It won’t work like that? The WaPo isn’t going to make the crooks suffer? Is the GOP aware of this?

The largest scandal ever was when all of our appointed and elected officials let a self admitted British subject into the office of the President when he was ineligible.

The Kenyanesian Usurpation encompasses MANY scandals, but it was all avoidable if the Constitution had been upheld.

BOTH parties colluded to violate the Constitution.


That needs to be repeated and emphasized. And the criminal charges need to extend all the way to the top.

I tend to agree—although I guess I'm not 100% on my conviction that there was literal collusion by both parties. One of the parties—the GOP, of course—may have just been too cowardly to act, or too unsure, or convinced that it would have been futile to oppose.

In any event, that crime can't be prosecuted until a lot of other ones are exposed and prosecuted first. It might very well be that an incremental process could actually take us to that point, but some (such as the President, even)—in order to spare the nation something like a civil war, perhaps—may decide to go ahead and let the issue die, as far as getting a formal conviction. Either way, it will ultimately be a cautionary tale.

I think we're headed for major unrest, as one group of people—who have their hearts and minds invested in a worldview which is simply not compatible with objective reality—come to that realization, and refuse to accept the consequences of their delusions.

In contrast, if these criminals aren't held accountable—because of the cost that would be incurred as far as unrest, as "inconvenient truths" are exposed in all their ugliness—then the sh-t is really going to hit the fan—because it must, if we're going to preserve the Republic and uphold the Constitution.

Only one of these two mutually incompatible versions of reality will survive this period of American history, and the losing side will not go quietly. I think I see the trend, and I'm encouraged by it, but I'm not 100% convinced that Justice will prevail. And if it doesn't, the America we once knew will have ceased to exist.

As for those of you who seek anything resembling instant gratification, prepare to be disappointed. You'd better fasten your seatbelts, because this is going to be the longest, most excruciatingly painful political process in our entire history. The only question that remains is how costly it will be. I fear that for Justice to prevail, the cost in Blood and Treasure will be exceedingly high.

I close with these words from Thomas Paine in The American Crisis—an apropos label for these times:

"THESE are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be strange indeed if so celestial an article as FREEDOM should not be highly rated."

I think the commercials are still there.

But I don’t watch like I used to either.

The “news” is almost never the news until sometime after the fact, when everybody has weighed in, and shouted and smeared and impugned, and finally some slim line of narrative holds together.

The only thing that can bring the present foul mess to some meaning is for indictments to come down from the DOJ...and that doesn’t seem at all likely, despite what DiGenova craves.

I’ve heard others say that as well. I’ve also heard off and on for months that the Clintons will be going down. I’ve heard them so often and still nothing has happened. Therefore, I’ll just wait and see, and will definitely not be holding my breath.

What Whitey said. I get irritated by Han. but he does bring out the story and some good guests. I don’t turn on tv anymore either. Youtube supplies replays so it’s easy to catch good segments.
