Why did Q mention this person a week ago, saying "NOBODY IS SAFE" only a week before they died?

I'd never heard of Barlow before this.

I’m sorry, but admitting you had never heard of Jack Barlow or his work is NOT a sign of erudite thinking or even basic current knowledge.

He was instrumental in the EFF, and had been ill since abut 3 or 4 years ago. It was a heart attack or stroke back then, I’m don’t remember.
