Well, good to know that the Empire State has solved all its problems and can turn its attention to some serious matters now.

The kids eating them are old enough to open child resistant packaging and old enough to know better.
Bleach for the gene pool.

Seems to me that the dummies swallowing those things should have sense enough to not do that. There are some things that just can’t be fixed to protect the less than intelligent from harming themselves.

18-25 year olds are such morons,we need to keep poison out of their hands....Years of public education and your kid thinks it’s okay to eat poison....

Don’t sell them to kids and require licensed adults to lock up their tide pods in a safe.

Scares me that people are so STUPID as to leave those things within reach of a child that sees it as something to put in their mouth like candy. Some people just don’t need kids. A big part of raising them is watching them........grrrrrr

Is there similar packaging restrictions on hash oil edibles that are blended into candies?

Kids do stupid things
Somehow I survived my childhood
I don’t recall reading any warning labels however
This particular craze is being amplified by social media
If one wants to put blame somewhere, start there
To: NohSpinZone
Don’t think about your kids people, just sit and wait for the latest rulings from government, and if any thing bad happens just blame the government because you were never told what YOU should do. /sarc (Like, as best you can, keep cleaning supplies out of the access range of little kids.)

The way to solve this problem is to have the parents of children who eat these pods sue P&G for packaging them to look like candy.
A few of these lawsuits will solve the problem faster than any legislative process.

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!
The people eating Tide Pods are teens and college-aged people, not EFFING CHILDREN!
Let the stupid and weak minded eat the damn Tide Pods! Hell, I say market the product to them (with full disclosure to the harmful effects), because these detergent eating knuckleheads won’t care about those warnings, anyway!
Best thing for America: a natural thinning of the ol’ gene pool!! We are talking, good old fashioned natural process of selection and survival of the fittest!
