Mudd states that President Donald Trump's failure to defend the US Intelligence Community in the face of their claim that Vladimir Putin meddled in the 2016 US Presidential election means that...

"...my reaction includes a couple suprises, let me give you one of them; bottom line..? The U.S. Government will KILL [Donald Trump]..! As a former government official, [Trump] defends Vladimir Putin..? There are CIA and State Department officers coming come and at Langley and at State they're saying, 'This is how you defend us..?' "

That video that Phil Mudd posted today is very telling how he was spying on Trump. They spied on a very low level person that had hardly any contacts with Trump (Carter Page) Once he is in the network he can go through the thread of internal Emails.

He plays it down in that video like it's no big deal to spy on Trump.

So did Kennedy say it? Possibly. The only attribution we have is an anonymous source from the Kennedy administration by a New York Times reporter three years after Kennedy was assassinated. I’ve found no record that pre-dates 1966. It’s not exactly like he said it in a public speech or even to a reporter directly.
