Amen.
I hope ratings are down 20%!
I wonder what qualifications one must have to become the “director of national broadcast” for a “media services firm”.
Talk about non-essential personnel...
I have plans to plow the back field next Sunday, can they postpone the Circus??
This entire year, I have remained true to my boycott of all NFL games - even my beloved Packers!
But being that the Super Bowl is here in Minneapolis and I am only a block away from many of the festivities, it’s hard not to get caught up in the excitement here.
I’m going to watch it - albeit with some reservations of breaking my promise earlier this year to boycott. I’m no fan of either team so this may be the first year that I can remember where I really don’t care who wins.
I stopped watching after the second game of the season when the Steelers stayed in the tunnel. Last NFL game for me, period.
I was going to watch, but I have to wash my hair that night.
Anybody know what the ratings were for the pro bowl yesterday?
I find it ironic that Patriots would probably pull this Super Bowl out for the MFL. Patriot fans will be tuning in to see the Patriots win and Patriot haters will be tuning in hoping to see the Patriots get beat.
SJW thug ball has no appeal for me.
2 words: Kitten Bowl!
Wait until conservatives start dropping out of fantasy leagues before next season, then ratings should really crash.
I’ll be watching WWE. I am now a huge fanatic for WWE. Why? My kid had me buy tickets for a show last month and wow, totally blown away. Before the show started they played the national anthem loud as hell with a giant American flag appearing and all the wrestlers were standing up with their hands over their hands staring intently at the flag, the whole place was standing up the same way and when it was over this huge roar of approval took over the whole place, it was really moving. I was like NFL? What the hell is that? And they put on a great show, all the wrestlers after their match went around signing autographs for the kids which blew their mind, no egos towards the fans, no thugs, it was just utter respect for the flag and the fans all the way around and they are coming back May 6th to my area and hell yes we are buying tickets again!
My guess: the viewership will be lucky to break 102 million based on Nielsen estimates. Just the hatred of the Patriots and Eagles by many fans across the USA is a big factor in reducing viewership in addition to the political issues.
I thought it had already been played this year. Doesn’t matter and don’t care. Just want them to go away. No more thugball.
I’ll be watching the puppy/kitty bowls instead.
Not one American will watch this anti American organization. I am confident of that.
I be ah skippin’ it
Just like I did last year’s “thriller”
Screw ‘em
We have watched SB broadcasts since SB I. This will be our first year not to watch.
I think I’ll go see 12 Strong during the StuporBowl.
