McCabe has resigned. I forget the effective date.

That's news to me. Got a link?

Even if he's resigned, he's still a major personage in this intrigue, and remains highly visible to all the players and watchers. Someone is going to notice if he disappears for even a day or two. Someone in DC or the media would at least mention it.

I can't believe Freepers are so blindly accepting such an outrageous, unsourced report as this.

You hadn't hear he resigned? I thought that was common knowledge. Effective in Feb I think. I don't do links, goodman. I just talk the doodoo (hat tip Big Red.)

McCabe tabled pending verification.

Windy, I misspoke. McCabe did not resign. He is doing what I like to call, "retiring under pressure."

WASHINGTON — The F.B.I.’s embattled deputy director, Andrew G. McCabe, an unlikely lightning rod who has been attacked repeatedly by President Trump and congressional Republicans, is expected to retire after he becomes eligible for his pension early next year, according to people familiar with his decision. Strange, for a guy that just got the job, neh

I bet he's not been hanging around the office. I would stake my rep on that one.

My apologies, goodman.

Your job? Find McCabe.
