Nope.
King to king's bishop 2 taking knight is not a possible move, since it would put the king in check. It's either queen or rook to king's bishop 2 taking knight. The Queen move is the more aggressive of the two, since it threatens black queen.

On thing that just occurred to me that you might not be interpreting correctly. White is moving toward the top of your monitor, and the piece with the cross is the king, not the queen.

Nope. If the black queen moved to rook 8, as was being suggested, white king could indeed take black knight. The original poster took back the move, although indicated they would be willing to sacrifice the black knight to take the white bishop. I think there are better moves for black at this stage.
