He does not have the abdominal and lower body strength and endurance that a woman does because his body was not designed for pregnancy and childbirth.

Sexual dimorphism is displayed across the board. Testosterone is not restricted to "above the waist" application.

Your friend is either neglecting his lower body workout, or has morphological problems. Power-lifting requires the entire body, including abs, back and legs, and women (real women) are not and will never be competitive in this area. A typical fit adult male has as much muscle mass in his quadriceps alone as a fit adult female has in her entire body.

I was referring to abdominal musculature that would be necessary for pregnancy and childbirth-not what is common to both genders-he obviously is not made the same way I am, since that is what women are designed for.

My guy isn’t a power lifter-just a regular man with a regular physical job-who likes to be/stay fit. I’m just a regular woman who works in construction-so I both need and like to stay fit-it also helps me avoid injury at work. We eat the grass fed, organic no processed food or refined sugar, low carb diet we both grew up with, as well.

At 5’10’, 148-150, he can lift or carry me-I’m just under 5’9”, 106-108-not much over 40 lbs heavier than me, but much more physically powerful-just as nature intended.
