Cut sugar out of your diet as much as possible and swap out bad carbs for good. You will lose weight.
Be careful with ACV. It can do damage to the enamel on your teeth if not highly diluted, but I think it is well worth taking.

Totally agree. Did that on October 11th and I’m down 31 lbs. The stretching, push ups and increased dog walks haven’t hurt either.
