We don't have a problem with folks making reasonable conjectures and inferences from Scripture. But to pretend those assumptions, conjectures, inferences are Gospel Absolute Truth is beyond silly and absurd.
It's more than a little arrogant--the kind that tends to come from insecurity due to RAD (Attachment Disorder).
Lots of people presume to put God in lots of intellectual boxes that they absolutely refuse to "let" Him out of.
He won't tolerate boxes--even those He ordered in the Old Testament--He still had exceptions here and there--e.g. David and troops eating the Shewbread without punishment.
Every word of The Bible is unalterably and unchangeably true. However, to presume that we know 100% to the nth degree what each and every word, phrase and sentence totally means--from God's perspecctive--is arrogant.
That is true.
If God wanted to suggest other intelligent lifeforms that would have some impact on his plan of redemption, He would have mentioned it.
As it stands, He is calling and gathering a people to Himself. That is the main theme of the Bible. Little green men running around and adding confusion does more harm to the Gospel than anything. Anything that does not testify to the glory of God through Jesus Christ is from the spirit of the anti-christ. And that is in the Bible, and in the correct context.
After all, how can one know if such manifestations doesn't come from the Prince of the Air, who we know exists to lead men astray? I'll stick to Scripture to interpret this world and the universe.
