It doesn’t matter as long as you get enough protein. Muscle is constantly being used as an energy source and the body rebuilds it from protein every day.
x10 is wrong. Keto’s slightly better at losing weight than normal diets. However, keto + intermediate fasting is very, very good at losing weight. IF is really hard to do on a normal carb diet so it’s a good match.
We are supposed to be IF every day between meals. It used to shock me when I was in school in France and my fellow students would say, at 4 pm, that they were just STARVING. But they would not eat anything. Because it wasnt a meal time. We Amis just eat whenever it sounds good.
