I have an iPhone and am thinking about trying some other brand.
What do you own? Are you happy with it?
Im thinking about using Walmarts Straight Talk. Any experience with this?
Would I be better off staying with my iPhone?
I love my Tracfone LG smartphone too. And like you my minutes and data are piling up even at 6.67 per month due to the triple minutes for life deal. And LG makes a perfectly fine Android. Mine has a 4.5” screen and has excellent battery life.
Be aware though, that they are beginning to discontinue triple minutes as they introduce new phones. Several of the new ones do not offer this feature.
This one should last me awhile. Hubby has an iPhone 6 plus and my screen is just as wide and nearly as long.
I used to have a Galaxy Note 4 and really liked it, so I'm not especially biased about Android vs. Apple. I just have all Apple everywhere else, so it made sense to adopt the iPhone, also.
I have very small hands, but the keyboard on the phone is still impossible; I have to use a pointer-thing. That’s my only complaint; and I only pay about $22 every quarter.
I’m sure if I were more ‘modern’ and did all the things others do on their phones I’d have issues with it; but for what I do, it’s fine and very reliable.
3 year old LG G3 - it’s paid for and it does everything I ask of it.
We've also owned iPads for several years... absolutely love 'em.
I only have 2 people I text rarely and don’t use it for email much. I know what you mean about the keyboard. I can manage it OK. A very Merry Christmas to you and yours and thanks for letting the cooking thread run another week.
I’m also an owner of a Samsung S7 Edge for 18 months or so.
I actually like the aesthetics of the curved edges and they can be programmed for handy updates.
Performance is GREAT and the screen resolution is superb.
Merry Christmas, Mom!
thanks!!
