The 50-something secretary in my office talks to her kids, boyfriend, and who knows who else multiple times a day and ends every conversation with “I love you.”

It's only going to get worse......

The most annoying word of the late 1930s to mid 1940s: swell!

“Optics” meaning the appearance of something. The hackneyed phrase: “At the end of the day” probably belongs a few years back but, lamentably, lingers on today.

I’m with you: Collusion, followed closely by “Russia, Russia, Russia.”

In the 1930s and 1940s “That’s mighty white of you.”

So, I’m with you? So, they start every sentence with “So,” and ending every sentence like a question?

So, it seems to be a big millennial trend?

So, every time someone in Information Technology talks, they start with “So,” and end with a question mark?

So, it’s very annoying?

Another word tat is tied with “diversity” as the most annoying word is “racist”. Definitely overused.
